Goal: In the warm weather period of 2015 the effectivity of Allga Med® spray against foot bulge and Allga Med® warm feet ointment combined with a compression hosiery of category II was compared to the effectivity of using only the compression hosiery. Method: 40 women aged between 23 and 78 years (average 48) were include in the research. All the women were overweight (average size 166 cm; weight 83 kg; BMI 30.1 kg/m²) that hat taken no vein medicine nor had they used compression hosiery one month prior to the research. Before the research began compression hosiery of category II had been prescribed. For 14 days the compression hosiery had to be used in the daytime. Additionally the right leg got treated twice a day with the foot spray and ointment. Before the research and after 14 days the distal volume of the feet and shank of both legs were measured by water plethysmography. Result: the volume of the left leg with compression hosiery only, reduced by 152 ml, and the right leg with the trophic application plus the compression hosiery reduced even by 335 ml....
